More Information
Our consultation rates are based on the type of service received and the qualification of the psychologist.
They are guided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Recommended Schedule of Fees.
However, we have adjusted our rates to the lowest possible cost, as many of our clients have health conditions which may impact their ability to work.
*Please note that our rates may change over time.
Psychological Therapy
Medicare Rebates are available for psychological therapy. You must meet certain requirements to access the rebated fee. Please refer to our For New Clients page for more information about accessing Medicare Rebates.
If you are not eligible for Medicare Rebates, you can still receive psychological therapy at our clinic. You will have to pay the full consultation fee or arrange psychology cover with you Private Health provider.
Neuropsychological Assessment
Medicare Rebates are not available for neuropsychological assessment.
Some or all of the fee for the assessment may be covered by your Private Health fund. Please check directly with your Private Health provider to confirm.
Clients covered by the following services may have different billing arrangements and accessibility to Telehealth consultations:
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Traffic Accident Commission (TAC)
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
WorkCover
We will discuss the specific arrangements relating to your cover with you directly and with your funding provider.
The consultation fee is payable at the end of each session by EFTPOS, credit card, cheque, or bank transfer.
Medicare Rebates for psychological therapy are lodged and processed electronically by our staff.
For Telehealth appointments, we will contact you following your appointment to organise payment over the phone.
Late cancellation fees apply.
All appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee that is half the rate of a standard consultation.
Exemptions apply for cancellations related to the onset of symptoms associated with COVID-19 or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19.
The same rates apply to sessions attended in-person at the clinic or via Telehealth.
